The Fatwood Group
The Fatwood Group is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that investigates, develops, and evaluates innovative training and learning techniques designed to affect true cultural change in organizations.
Cultural change is now in the forefront of modern organizational development. Substantial research shows that ethical characteristics such as honesty, integrity, and open communication form not only a sustainable organizational culture, these characteristics also produce highly-productive teams and employees, improving profits for corporations and achieving objectives for government and non-profit organizations.
The Fatwood Group seeks to find new and innovative ways to improve organizational cultures, promote ethics, clear focus on the organization’s objectives, and promote organizational citizenship, sustainable resource management, and moral integrity, in for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations.
We invite all serious parties, both individuals and groups to help us foster our initiative. Please participate in our blogs, review and comment on our research results, and contribute both funds and knowledge to our cause.
Together, we can help promote a healthy economy, sustainable resources, and improve our way of life.
