Mr. Bender is renouned for his international experience in organizaitonal development and project management. Working on such projects as the Hubbel Space Telescope, air traffic control systems in the US, UK, and Taiwan, the US weather radar system and many others, Mr. Bender has over 40 years of experience in improving organizational productivity. Mr. Bender currently speaks and leads seminars throughout the world, including the US, France, Austria, India, China, Taiwan, and many other countries.
Mr. Bender has authored several books on project management and is published in academic journals.
Ms. Kimi Ziemski, MBA, PMP, CSM

Kimi Hirotsu Ziemski has worked as a consultant, facilitator and speaker for nearly 15 years. She has built a reputation for delivering projects, market requirements, and revenue on-time and on budget.
Her expertise in account management, product and project management resulted in awards year after year during her career in telecom and high tech. Now her clients, through coaching, direct program support and training, are able to build their project efficiencies, create fast and sustainable process improvement, and create a team culture where execution and collaboration is the highest level of performance.
Ms. Ziemski has been a contributor to the Project Management Institute’s PMBOK(r) Guide and author of When Opposites Collide – Leadership Beyond Gender.
Mr. Robert Fuller
Board Member and Lead Researcher, The Fatwood Group, Inc.
Mr. Fuller is also currenlty a board member of Ecoland Institute, a non-profit organizations that focuses on developing sustainable communities by rethinking today’s challenges and deploying workable models that create systainable prosperity.
Mr. Fuller’s real-world experience as an organizational developer for a major international medical and technology organization allows him to develop tangible methods for educating, mentoring, and strategizing true organizational change.

Dr. Brandon Hamilton, DBA, MISM, MBA
Lead Researcher, the Fatwood Group, Inc.
Dr. Hamilton is currently a renouned professor at DeVry University, specializing in project management and organizational development; and president of Hamilton Solutions, Inc. Dr. Hamilton’s real-work experience includes project manager for satillite communications projects as well as educational improvement projects for the city of Chicago, CEO of several for-profit companies, and many others.
Dr. Hamilton’s unique perspective in organizational development, ethics, and productivity make him a welcome addition to the Fatwood Group Team.
